From when I arrived in the morning of my procedure through to my departure the following afternoon, all of the staff I encountered were exceptionally organised, professional and friendly. I couldn't fault any of them. They were reassuring and compassionate too.

Nothing could have been improved, everyone kept me informed and when I wasn't sure I would ask and the staff were able to let me know or find out.

Friendly polite staff and professional staff,communication was clear and reassuring.

We didn’t realise how long different elements would take.not a criticism special mentions all staff who supported me.

Everyone friendly and very helpful and we had constant attention and support from them all

The only problem I found hard to believe was waiting in A and E for 6 hours plus and all that time the paramedics couldn’t leave me so couldn’t move on to help anyone else who needed it
